Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products available on our store.
All products listed on our store are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return period: within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange period: within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Please provide a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number. The item will be replaced if it is defective, damaged, or not as agreed.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on our website.
We are not responsible for any product expectations not mentioned on the product page.
A deduction of 30% (or a minimum of 25 MAD) will be applied if the customer returns the product without any defect or issue.
