When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and delivery agent.
We work with multiple delivery agents across major cities, and orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 days after confirmation.

Do you offer international shipping?

However, you can request international delivery by contacting our team via WhatsApp. We will provide details regarding product weight and international shipping costs.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

If a defect is confirmed and the return is approved:

Shipping fees are handled according to our policy
The product cost will not be charged to the customer
